Fill Tank

1. Turn electric breaker off.
2. Close drain, test, system valves. Open valve from supply to Auto tank fill inlet.
3. Auto fill valve will close when tank is full.
4. In areas where AQUATIC GROWTH is present a water conditioner MUST BE used & maintained. Contact local water authority for type of conditioner to use.

To Set Up System After Tank Is Full

1. With controller switch in off position, turn electric breaker on.
2. Close by-pass valve, open system and test valve. Turn controller switch to on. Run pump until all air is out of piping.
3. Close test valve, pump will recycle and reset system.
4. Open by-pass valve.
5. System is in service, light is on and system valve is open.

Test System - Perform and Record Monthly

1. Close by-pass valve.
2. With system in operation, open test valve.
3. Water will discharge into tank and alarm will activate.
4. Close test valve, pump and alarm will recycle.
5. Open by-pass valve.
6. INSPECT AUTO-FILL VALVE (IF INSTALLED) FOR LEAKAGE - REFER TO TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR PROBLEMS
   

Drain Tank

1. With controller switch in off position turn electric breaker off.
2. Open drain valve until tank is empty.

Alarm Test Button

1. TEST BUTTON WILL ACTIVATE 110 VOLT ALARM CIRCUIT ONLY. TEST BUTTON WILL NOT ACTIVATE FLOW SWITCH DRY CONTACT CIRCUIT.
